LLP Registration

Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)

A Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a modern business structure that combines the flexibility of a partnership with the limited liability benefits of a company. Governed by the LLP Act, 2008, an LLP is a separate legal entity from its partners, ensuring that the business is responsible for its debts, while the partners’ liability remains limited to their agreed contribution.
This structure offers greater operational flexibility while safeguarding personal assets, making it an ideal choice for startups, professional services, and small businesses. An LLP requires at least two designated partners, who must be individuals and are responsible for legal and regulatory compliance. The foundation of an LLP is built on an LLP Agreement, which defines the roles, responsibilities, and profit-sharing among partners.

With no minimum capital requirement, reduced compliance burdens, and tax advantages, an LLP is a cost- effective and efficient way to structure a business in India. Whether you are looking for a secure and scalable business model or planning to attract investors, an LLP offers the perfect balance of control, security, and flexibility.
